About Pegasus Hostel Berlin

The building, lying in a leafy, quiet inner courtyard, was built in 1903 and used back then as a Jewish girls dormitory.
We have about 200 beds and offer rooms with 1-8 beds. All rooms have high ceilings, typical of Berlin`s `Altbau` buildings, and are sunny and quiet. There are wash basins in every room and showers in every corridor.
Our hostel is open 24 hours a day all year round, we have free internet excess, free lockers, free luggage room and a fully equipped kitchen for our guests` use.
Of coursse laundry service, iron and iron board are available.
Pegasus Hostel is visited by lone travellers, small groups and families. We receive an international mix of guests and the average age of our guests is in the mid twenties.

Things To Do

We sponsor free walks in English, Spanish and German for our guests - every day!
We also offer a breakfast € 5,00 in our restaurant and café, and invite our guests to regular barbecue evenings in summer.
We have a ping pong table, darts, pool and fussball.
Clubs and bars are around the corner and on the weekend we have pub crawls, music and club tours.
Supermarkets, department store and all the things you need are just across the road.
We promise you an enjoyable and pleasant stay.

How To Get There

Arriving at Pegasus Hostel by public transportation:
U5 from Alexanderplatz until stop U-Bahnhof Weberwiese – from Weberwiese a 5 minute walk.
>>> S3, S5, S6, S7 and S75 from Zoologischer Garten (Zoo) to Ostbahnhof – from Ostbahnhof a 10 minute walk.
>>> Bus 340 from Berlin Hauptbahnhof - Berlin central staition - until Karl-Marx-Allee and you are almost directly at our front door.
Late at night and into the early morning, you can reach Pegasus Hostel by two night buses, N5 from Zoo to U-Bahnhof Weberwiese and N44 from Tempelhof via Kreuzberg to Ostbahnhof.
The S-Bahn to Ostbahnhof operates the entire night, as well as the Metrotram M10 (Strassenbahn) to Frankfurter Tor, which is just a 10 minute walk from Pegasus Hostel....
