Two residential buildings in a quiet neighbourhood with a big surrounding garden. It’s easy to reach downtown in 15 minutes; it takes exactly 475 steps on the famous Stuttgart stairs (Stäffela). Unbeatable competitor for the return up on 360m over sea level: The Yellow trip! All rooms have single beds, wardrobes and desks. We have a 100 guest capacity. Maid service is daily. Lounges and game rooms provide an opportunity for meeting the other guests and get some much needed rest and relaxation. In the Dining Hall we offer a German buffet breakfast between 6.00 and 10.00 am. In the evening, dinner with generous portions and fresh salads, is served at 6.00 pm

Things To Do

The Jugendgästehaus Stuttgart is half way up the hill to Stuttgart`s landmark, the Television Tower, just minutes away from all the highlights in the city. Enjoy the ride with public transport directly up our front door to e.g. Mercedes or Porsche Museum, Stuttgarts popular beerfestival (Volksfest), or the well known Christmas Market during December. The Hostel is a well-known place with plenty of elbowroom, a multicultural atmosphere and friendly staff. We’re known to have excellent prices for (international) groups, backpackers and for all young and “feeling young” individuals from every continent.

How To Get There

You‘ll find our place by bus or car: - Highway A 81 exit: „Zuffenhausen/Zentrum”, on B10/27 follow the signs to „Zentrum”, stay on street # B27 direction „Tübingen”, turn left to pass Central Station, next crossroad turn right and drive on second right lane to turn left on “Olgaeck” (an impressive crossroad), watch sign „S - Ost” after 500 meters which leads you left and follow the rails uphill to „Bubenbad” (tram stop). - Highway A 8 exit „Flughafen“ or „Degerloch“ pass the TV Tower, head down direction „Zentrum” follow the rails till „Bubenbad”. - Public transport: Go downstairs at Central Station to street cars (“U”), take Line #15 direction „Ruhbank / Fernsehturm”. The 7th stop „Bubenbad“ is only a stone throw away from our place. Just turn right twice.
