About Aloha Hostel - Paris

Cheap accommodation no longer means staying in cramped dormitories in large, impersonal institutions. At Aloha we offer discount accommodation in charming, newly renovated rooms with traditional Parisian decor and usually rooms of four people. Private rooms are also available. No Curfew. Lock out from 11:00am - 4:00pm. We know that travelling on a budget is demanding, in fact Aloha`s founders were once backpackers themselves. A free breakfast is served each morning, and to prepare other meals we provide our guests with a fully equipped kitchen. A variety or supermarkets, laundromats, bakeries and a post office are all found nearby. An information stand with brochures on everything you need to know is available and our staff are always willing to help you out with anything else you may need. You will not be just another number at AlOHA. Our friendly English-speaking staff will make you feel relaxed and at home during your stay. And at night the fun begins at ALOHA with cheap drinks, music and special events (like film night) in a cool, cosmopolitan atmosphere. Fun... that`s the point isn`t it?

Things To Do

Centrally located, the hostel is within easy walking distance of Paris` most famous sights: The Eiffel Tower, the Arc de Triomphe, the Champs Elysees, The Musee Rodin, The Musee des Armees and the lively Boulevard Montparnesse. And with a Metro Station only a stone`s throw away from our door the rest of this fascinating city is yours to discover.

How To get There

We are located in the famous Montaprnasse neighbourhood of Paris (in the 15th district), a quick walk from the Eiffel Tower and a short distance by metro from all the other sights. Our address is 1 Rue Borromee. The closest metro stop is "Volontaires" - line 12 (for a metro map of Paris visit the site of the R.A.T.P). Upon exiting the metro, turn right on the rue des Volontaires, the take the first left on the rue Blomet. At the second corner the hostel will be on your left.

From the Charles de Gaulle airport take a train called the RERB into the city of Paris (about eight Euros). Get off at the stop called Denfert-Rochereau and switch to métro line 6 (direction: Charles de Gaulle-Etoile) Get off at the stop called "Pasteur", then switch to line no. 12 and get off at `Volontaires` (one stop). As you go out turn right (Rue des Volontaires) and on the first street you see turn left (Rue Blomet). After three blocks you`ll find the hostel, it`s on the corner of Rue Blomet and Rue Borromée. From Beauvais airport, take the shuttle bus to Paris (13 Euro) which will take you at PORTE MAILLOT, from there, take Metro line no.1 direction CHATEAU DE VINCENNES and change at CONCORDE to line no.12 direction Mairie D`ISSY and get off at VOLONTAIRES, at the exit turn right and on Blomet street turn left, you`ll see the hostel on the third corner.
