About Red Nest Youth Hostel

Red Nest is a new hostel that opened in Feb-2005. We are centrally located in one of the best streets in Valencia. The traditional historical appearance of the facade has been maintained, while creating a 70’s Pop design interior in our huge rooms with lots of natural light. We have designed the hostel to have the maximum facilities for you, and the Nest is a great meeting point for backpackers from all around the world as you can share experiences in the friendly atmosphere we have created.

Our superb 2 station kitchen has microwaves, kettles and all the equipment you need for cooking and having a meal at the dining area for approx. 40 people. We also have three work stations with Internet access next to our information desk. Don’t miss our lounge on the top floor where you can chill out and have a game of pool, drink a beer or two, listen to music, watch the TV or a DVD.

Our central location makes us the ideal starting point for short walks to many of Valencia’s most interesting sites. We will provide you with all the information you need to discover our city and country. Our young and experienced staff will ensure your stay in Valencia is unforgettable.

How To get There

Finding us>>>

· Renfe/train: from North Station take metro line 3 or 5 at Xativa, to the next stop, Calle Colon and walk to plaza Alfonso el Magnanimo and the end of Calle de la Paz where you will find us at number 36.

· Renfe/train: on foot, turn right onto Calle Xativa, continuing onto Calle Colon, walk to the end of Calle Colon and turn left onto the Plaza Alfonso el Magnanimo. Calle de la Paz is to the right of the square. We are at number 36 on the right hand side.

· Bus: the number 8 from the bus station stops on Calle de la Paz, 3 metres from our door.

· Airport: Manises is 8.5km from Valencia city centre. There is a public bus service which runs from the first floor exit of the airport to the bus station in Valencia, costing 1.70 Euro. Taxis are readily available and cost approximately 15 Euro.
