About The International Hostel

The International Hostel is located right on the waterfront heading out to the Great Barrier Reef overlooking the man made lagoon, a main attraction of Cairns. The 3 floors of the hostel are within walking distance of all pubs, clubs, shops and tourist attractions and each room boasts comfortable beds with ceiling fans and air conditioning. There is a fully functional kitchen which we supply utensils for free of charge, laundry, a roof top sunbathing area, TV room with a balcony overlooking the lagoon, an unbiased tour desk and of course friendly happy staff!!!

How To Get There

Our courtesy bus meets most coaches arriving into Cairns. we also pick you up from the railway and the airport. Airport & rail picks up`s can be arranged by calling 40311545 within Cairns or the freecall No 1800 682647. When arriving by air at each terminal we have a free phone located at the automatic information Kiosk`s. If arriving by Oz Experience they drop you at the front door. By car there is a free car park located 200 meters from the hostel. When you check in we can point this car park out to you.
