About Isle of View

Isle of View is located just metres from the water's edge. The house is built of native materials and is based on feng-shui design principles. There is a quarter hectare of tropical garden for relaxation and of course, the sea at the front door. There are a number of balconies from which one can enjoy the sea or garden views. Things To Do

Isle of View offers kayaking and snorkeling eco-tours and instruction with a qualified instructor. Eco-touring with environmental scientist. Bird-watching and astronomy are also offered. Enjoy singing with our karaoke machine whilst sharing a few drinks at the bar. We offer complete tour planning and can provide a vehicle with a driver for your full Bohol touring experience. Visit the world-famous Chocolate Hills, Alona Beach, Baclayon Church and see the tiny Tarsier - the world's smallest Primate.

How To get There

One can reach Calape from either Tubigon (pronounced to-bay-gon) or Tagbilaran, Bohol's Captial. From Cebu (Mactan International Airport0 take a taxi to Pier One and then the ferry to Tubigon. Tricycle to Tubigon Centre, then bus or multicab to Calape. From Tagbilaran airport or ferry terminal, take tricycle or taxi to the bus terminal and then catch the Tubigon bus. Get off at Calape Market. From there, tricycles leave from near the Calape Pharmacy to Pangangan Island. Ask for "Perlie's Place".

Terms & Conditions

Currency: Philippine peso (Australian & US dollars accepted) Smoking not permitted inside any buildings. Smokers are requested to use the smoking area under the side verandah. No butts are to be thrown into the garden - ash trays are provided in the smoking areas. No noise after 10pm. Bamboo walls are thin so no radios etc. without ear phones.
