Our A&O City HOTEL** Hamburg is only three stations away from the main station, located in the famous district Hamburg Hamm. Because of its central location it is not far away from autobahn A1, A7 and A24. Public transport facilities are in walking distance. An underground car park is located next to the hotel. Family rooms are available besides single, double and twin rooms. All rooms are equipped with private facilities, cable-TV and hair-dryer. How To get There

By plane… Take bus 172, direction Mundsburg, leave the bus at station "U-Fuhlsbüttel“, take the metro line No. 1, direction "Hauptbahnhof-Süd“. From "Hauptbahnhof-Süd“ take the metro-line No. 3 to station "Hammer Kirche“. Take the lower exit and follow the road about 200m. You will find us 200m away on the right side.

Terms & Conditions

CHECK IN 4:00pm. Reserved rooms shall be available for occupancy from 4:00pm on the agreed day of the client’s arrival. The client shall not be entitled to occupy the room(s) earlier than this. CHECK OUT 10:00am (11:00am at the weekend) On the agreed day of departure the client must vacate the room by 10:00am at the latest. If the client does not vacate the room by that time we shall be entitled to charge 50% of the full room rate as published in the price list until 6:00pm for reason of non-contractual occupation, and if the client vacates the room after 6:00pm 100% of the full room rate will be charged. This shall not constitute any contractual claims on the part of the client. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS - Until two days prior to arrival till 6:00pm (local time hotel/hostel) free of charge. In case of cancellation afterwards a cancellation fee of 100% of the first night will be charged. In case of non-arrival 100% of booking costs will be charged. It’s the same for short-term bookings, within two days before arrival. - Any discounts or special offers booked through online booking engines are non-cancelable.
