About A & O Hostel am Zoo

Sleep in modern rooms with shower/WC and TV (on request), enjoy our two bars, the large roof-deck or our ticket service. It is your choice to stay in one of our 113 single, twin or dormitory rooms. Wireless LAN connection is available in the whole building and in all rooms. Berlin never sleeps and is waiting for you in our most urban hostel. Things To Do

You can`t get more central than here. Just next to the famous international station Zoologischer Garten, the hostel is located in the centre of former West-Berlin. Berlins largest shopping street Ku’damm, the historical ‘Gedächtniskirche’ or the Zoo – everything is surrounding the hostel.

How To get There

By plane... Airport Tegel TXL: Take the bus X9 to station Zoologischer Garten (terminus). Airport Schönefeld SXF: Take the S-Bahn, line S9, to station Zoologischer Garten (19 stops).

Terms & Conditions

CHECK IN 4:00pm. Reserved rooms shall be available for occupancy from 4:00pm on the agreed day of the client’s arrival. The client shall not be entitled to occupy the room(s) earlier than this. CHECK OUT 10:00am (11:00am at the weekend) On the agreed day of departure the client must vacate the room by 10:00am at the latest. If the client does not vacate the room by that time we shall be entitled to charge 50% of the full room rate as published in the price list until 6:00pm for reason of non-contractual occupation, and if the client vacates the room after 6:00pm 100% of the full room rate will be charged. This shall not constitute any contractual claims on the part of the client. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS - Until two days prior to arrival till 6:00pm (local time hotel/hostel) free of charge. In case of cancellation afterwards a cancellation fee of 100% of the first night will be charged. In case of non-arrival 100% of booking costs will be charged. It’s the same for short-term bookings, within two days before arrival. - Any discounts or special offers booked through online booking engines are non-cancelable.
