Old Bar Beach, 16 kilometres from Taree, is Taree's closest surfing beach. There are long, white sandy beaches, a pool and picnic area, barbecues, children's playground, and the southern entrance to the Manning River. Old Bar's laid back, beachside lifestyle is its charm.
