Avalon Airport is the only low-cost commercial airport in Victoria. While the airport keeps costs to a minimum, it aims to provide passengers and visitors with the facilities expected at airports around Australia.
Avalon started commercial operation with Jetstar in 2004. Since then, the number of Jetstar flights has risen and flights and it is anticipated that flights will continue to expand to other destinations in the future.
The intelligent terminal and apron design ensures greater efficiency for both plane and passenger turnaround times. Avalon prides itself on offering customers a hassle-free, convenient and high-value travelling experience.
