Mater Little Miracles Five Kilometre walk is a great morning event with children's entertainment with face painting and characters. Whether you are walking for your own Mater Little Miracle, or just wanting to help sick babies and children, you can do so by attending with friends, family or as a team - register online, set up you own online fundraising page, use the sponsorship form and get your friends, family and work colleagues to sponsor you. Enjoy the walk, dress in theme and support their raffle on the day, and a sausage sizzle and drink after the walk. This year the funds raised will assist in supporting exceptional care for babies and children treated at Mater in Brisbane and research conducted at Mater Medical Research Institute. Last year, Mater Children's Hospital and Mater Mothers' Hospital in Brisbane cared for 415 mothers, children and babies from our area.
