In just four years the Straddie Salute Multisport Festival has become a must-do weekend on Queensland's multisport calendar. Set on North Stradbroke Island, the Straddie Salute offers three events over two days in one big weekend of adventure. Swim the crystal clear waters in the Straddie 1000 Ocean Swim, jog along one of Queensland's most beautiful coastal trails in the eight kilometre Adventure Run / Walk or take up the ultimate off-road challenge, the Straddie Salute Off-road Triathlon. It’s the perfect weekend away. North Stradbroke Island boasts some of the best surfing, whale watching, snorkelling, diving and four wheel driving in Queensland so be sure to make time to sample all that the island has to offer… that includes sundowners at the iconic Straddie Beach Hotel!
