Description
Join Rishi Diwali, a devoted and talented artist, to explore yoga through the medium of art. An enjoyable experience for beginners and experienced artists alike.
This workshop provides participants with the opportunity to paint, draw and chant while creating their own Yantra (symbols or geometric figures for use in meditation). Participants will be rewarded with progress in visualisation and feeling for form, colour and space.
Saturday is a full day with a vegetarian lunch included, whilst Sunday attendance is for the morning only.
