Description
Goyder’s Day is a commemoration of the arrival of the Surveyor-General George Woodroffe Goyder, who arrived in Port Darwin on the 5 February 1869.
Join the National Trust and witness the physical re-enactment of an event that brought about the new beginnings for the city now know as Darwin.
There will be displays, hands-on activities, handouts and light refreshments available. The re-enactment will take place at approximately 5.30pm.
