Darwin - Getting around

Darwin's domestic and international airport is only six km's from the city centre and the airport shuttle that drops passengers off and picks up anywhere in the city centre links the two - you'll need to book.

Darwin has a good city bus service running with consistently Monday-Friday and irregularly, weekends.  Buses run from the terminal on Harry Chan Avenue with fares calculated on a zone system.  If you're looking for a city tour, there are a number of privately run companies offering tours at varying prices.
