Canberra - Getting around

Thanks to Canberra's impeccable design the city is very easy to get around. The cities public bus system is operated by the ACT Omnibus Network (ACTION) and runs relatively frequently around the city.
For further information on bus travel go to the information kiosk on the corner of Alinga Street and East Row which opens daily until 11.30pm and sells tickets until 6.00pm. Most ACTION buses leave from the City Bus Interchange which is across Northburne Avenue from the Jolimont Centre.
